How Our Network Works
Request an estimate
Who you talk to
You talk to an independent concrete provider. Not Oknever Concrete. We refer you. The provider runs the job, sets the price and does the work.
What happens next
You send a request. A provider in our network follows up. They ask about your project. They may ask for photos of the old driveway or yard. Then they set a time to look at the site.
Prefer the phone? Request a callback to check provider availability.
What to ask a provider
Older homes need sharper questions. Ask these:
- How will you check the base under my old slab?
- What happens if you find soft soil, old patches or buried debris?
- How will water drain away from my house and sump area?
- How thick will the pour be? What reinforcement will you use?
- What finish do you suggest for our winters and deep frost?
- Do you handle permits and removal of the old concrete?
- Is the quote in writing? What could change the price?
- What are your license and insurance details?
A good provider answers plainly. If answers feel vague, keep looking.
Timing matters
Fresh concrete sets over days, not hours. It needs time to cure before heavy use. Cold snaps and heat both change the plan. Ask the provider how long before you can walk or park on it.
You are in control
You can compare quotes. You can say no. There is no obligation when you request an estimate. Take your time.
